2013 Season Pricing

The basic package includes your flight transfers by float plane between King Salmon and the lodge (please see notes below on travel arrangements), lodging, all meals, fully guided fishing for 2 of 3 daily sessions, and processing and packaging of your salmon to take home.

Subject to availability and at your request we will book your flight on Pen Air from Anchorage to King Salmon. Pen Air tickets booked through us are fully changeable and/or refundable without penalty (you will not get this if you book direct through Pen Air yourself)

Your rate is confirmed upon payment of your deposit.

*Savings are calculated based on the cost of the standard lodge package with $490 added per fly-out.

Note about Fuel Prices:
Unlike some lodges, we will not charge a fuel surcharge, however, the rates for flyouts are very sensitive to fuel prices. Your rate on prepaid flyouts is guaranteed once we have received your payment. The rate for flyouts arranged at the lodge will be set close to the summer.

Not Included: Personal clothing. Round-trip transportation from your home to King Salmon. Fishing license and king salmon tags. Local borough taxes (currently $7 per person per day)

Travel Arrangements: On your day of arrival, you will need to be in King Salmon no later than 10am for the float plane transfer to the lodge. Arrivals later than 10am may cause an extra charge. The standard arrival day at the lodge for full week packages is Saturday, however arrivals on other days are possible; please call to enquire about specific dates.

Fly-outs: Fly-outs are operated independently by Branch River Air Service.

Payment Schedule: A 25% deposit is required upon booking to secure your dates. An additional 25% payment is due by January 31, 2013 with the balance is due 60 days prior to the trip.

Deposit & Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred in full to an available alternative date or another year if you cancel on or prior to December 31st 2012. Cancellations made between January 1st and March 30th 2013 inclusive are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of your trip, with the remaining balance transferred to an available alternative date or another year. Cancellations made on or after April 1st 2013 are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your trip, with the remaining balance transferred to an available alternative date or another year.

Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended and is available through your travel agent.

We will not be responsible for loss of fishing time, lodging, sightseeing tours, flight delays or any changes due to weather conditions or actions of third parties.
