News from Alaska...we've been keeping an eye on Redoubt Volcano, which is
about 160 miles NE from the lodge, since January there has been activity indicative of a
possible eruption, however on Mar 10 the color code was downgraded from
orange to yellow. |

Update on availability for 2009:
Still have availability for late June flyout special
Limited openings in July, mostly during the first week and after the 19th , call soon if you are interested in
fishing kings in 2009.
For August, we have availability for the first week, scattered openings
around the middle of the month, and availability from Aug
22rd to 29th for our late season flyout package. |

We've started setting up camp and hope to get the barge in next week with
fuel and supplies. Weather has been cold, and there is still a lot of ice on
the lakes and snow in the mountains. As a result, water level in the river
is extremely low right now, but that will change quickly when we get some
warmer weather.
We still have a few openings in late July/early August, and then again in
late August if you are still interested in fishing this summer.
