time with all of you. Our sincere thanks. Aloha and Mahalo. I have been at many places in Alaska the last years and I really enjoyed
staying here at Alagnak Lodge. Chum fishing was excellent and I was lucky
enough to catch two kings on the last day of the king season. I have done a
great flyout to the Big Creek and we drove to the braids fishing for rainbows
there. The staff at the lodge is very nice and they really act like a team.
Thank you to everybody especially to Ken my guide. He really knows where the
fish lives and he is a nice and funny guy. Could not have selected a better place for my first trip to Alaska. The
fishing was great, many, many chum, some very large rainbows; on the flyout to
Big Creek many Dolly's, Grayling & Rainbows. Ken, my guide for the week
always put us on the fish. Sometimes I wished he hook them for me. The staff
were the best. Thanks to all for a wonderful trip. Weather-not one day of rain.
Is it always this way? Being from South Texas-we had little expectation of what salmon fishing was
all about. My stay at the Alagnak Lodge exceeded expectations! Great guide (who
taught me the significant techniques), wonderful lodge staff and better than
average accommodations. Would do this trip again. Thanks. This is our 2nd trip to the lodge. Both of us would like to thank the staff
for a most memorable trip...we'll serve as a testament to anyone for a wonderful
and memory-rich fishing trip. Had a great time, my first time to Alaska. Hope to make many more trips. Its
a beautiful state. I had a super time fishing with Bob and our guide Scott. He
did a great job getting us into fish every day. The accommodations were super
too. I gained several pounds. What can I say that hasn't been said. I brought my sons up here to experience
what I had last year. You exceeded my expectations and my sons had the trip of a
lifetime, as did I. Many thanks. |
